Do not use QRSwiftly to create codes that link to malware, phishing, scams, illegal content or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to overload, scrape at high volume, or break the service. We may limit or block abusive traffic.

Your content

You are responsible for what you encode and for having the right to use it, including any logo you upload. We claim no ownership of your content or the codes you create.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Always test a code with several devices before printing or publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from the use of generated codes, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
